I feel like there should be different styles of nail art based on your technique or your aesthetic or whatever--just like what actual artists have.
My style would be called the "jawbreaker style" because when multiple colors are applied to a base in a random pattern, the overall effect is similar to the look of a jawbreaker candy ball. Maybe next time I'll do a white base with smaller stamping so it looks more literal, but for now I guess this is "jawbreaker impressionism".
With this design, I originally wanted just the pink and blue contrasted with the maroon and cobalt blue in more of a
color blocking print, but I changed my mind when I decided to integrate
the copper accents. While all that sounds somewhat artistic, I was
actually inspired by absolutely nothing; I just thought the colors
looked really pretty together.
